It's one of the main reasons I just outright hate Jasonafex lmao. He's at least six of the seven deadly sins. He has a history of secuding and getting with married men and women, has a huge ego over his two more well-known games, groomed a 16yr old to legally marry them later, received actual nudes from them over what I've heard was country lines prior to them being 18+< (And as far as I'm aware, is still married to them), is unbearably greedy, cannot take a hint of opposing opinion, outright refused to update his sidescroller game at points because he "was lazy" and "didn't feel like it" along with the fact he's been regularly complaining about other games getting more popular than his despite those games he complained about not existing for even remotely half as long.

Lust, Greed, Pride, Wrath, Sloth and Envy.

More on those tiers, though: those Patreon tiers had options for them to 'spawn' for people that had been subscribed to his Patreon for long enough to get that cost which... the tier right below the 1k tier is 50$ on a monthly basis, so you would have to be subscribed to his Patreon for 30 months to even get your OC in as a side-objective that'd appear for all of several seconds. You would have to give him FIFTY U-S-D each month for THIRTY MONTHS to appear as anything past a line in the Patreon section of the credits.

It's genuinely astonishing to me what he's gotten away with so far, and all of this is from my limited understanding of him because I don't actively look for news on him.

Dude also stole a guy's wife and is now in a poly relationship with them and his own groomed wife

At the moment this game is a character creator (dev demo) with no actual world to load into, not even a test room.

So thank god I just lurk around and cant afford to support indie devs on a patreon and stuff, but all seriousness being outside the loop on Jasonafex his track records on his games are horrible but knowing how the easy it is for furries to act on impulse when they see something like this, He is going to get funding and he is probably going to be at 0.5 before his game progress stops and it will still be an unoptimized game that will be defended by the furries outside of the drama loop.

Fek wants nothing to do with him and his ilk. And at least with r2ck Fek actually has something, but he's made several other things over time (Midnight Fireworks, original Rack, Spellbound) while being an actual artist; Jasonafex has just been manipulating people out of relationships and for money with the only things he can point to being anything of an accomplishment are his puppet animations of other people's art and the first Amorous which he was just a project manager for being done.

And this is coming from the same dude who is simulatanously working on bare back streets which is a shitty buggy mess of a streets of rage clone where he focuses to much on unneeded sextoy support then actually making the game feel good to play.

I highly doubt this is gonna turn into anything actually redeemable nor that will be developed in a timely manner. If anything i predict updates to get dragged out over months with no susbstantial progress until it eventually gets abandoned alltogether.

The fact that Jasonafex and his team are simping for AI, even making several models of their own characters and Kabier's artstyle, and using it in the banner art for the game, I'm betting on them using even more AI for the game.

Regardless of whether that AI will be used for art in-game, outside of the game, or for the code.
And even then, I'm betting on the game becoming either a buggy mess (bare backstreets), becoming abandoned (bare backstreets) or randomly changing (bare backstreets).
