Pretty sure the gallery unlocker unlocks thrill event so only way to experience it, is ti use a save without out gallery unlocked(save must be at stage to get thrill events) or see it in gallery
Ik but the set up is part of it imo. Idk what prerequisite is needed for the icon to show up in the classroom since I'm pretty sure I've done evrything but I'll figure it out whenever Ig.

Gallery unlocker should unlock most scenes for the gallery.
I don't think their is any extra set up, when you click the thril button it should be the exact same as the gallery since it isn't a story focused fleshed out scene
