A strong attempt but a good reminder Ren'Py isn't good for RPGs. The UI is confusing and too covered in menus to effectively work for exploration. There is a "travel" option that takes you to the overworld map but to actually travel to other cities for quests you have to go into the main city area and choose "other cities". Going to different hubs and searching around is equally arbitrary and even actually chance based. Combat is slow, clunky, and so poor at using effects without vamping your CPU that if it's too flashy it will literally just crash. The writing is ... trying. The story wouldn't be too bad considering the typical womanizing porn-hero stereotype but the dialogue is absolutely embarrassing at times. MC Garth is a Mary Stu who's too cool for the room, and describing his "blonde hair and blue eyes" as symbols of his highborn noble blood that he's proud of, but showing an active disdain for nobility and authority is written less like "noble hero going a new path" and more like "libertarian incel". He's a cocky piece of shit and every fight that gets described is him being some highly-skilled swordsman easily dispatching people not worth the effort. It looks good, but it tried so hard to reinvent the wheel that RPGMaker already is, and none of the good ideas present actively work well together.
