Yeah, like, I agree, it shouldn't be the norm, is just that eroge devs aren't taking in account such things, like, is mostly about following trends like how we get tons of AI NTR slops, (I hate the genre but I think even fans are suffering because of this) all sorts of genres and tropes are recycled and is uncommon to see games that are original in concept, putting aside if these are good or not.

It would take a lot of effort to rewire Japanese H-artists minds.
