More than worthy, its crazy good. The game is semi-lineal but has small choices, this small choices change the dialogues and the route of the game. The game not only tracks virginity and anal experience, also, sexual development, so, different sections of the game are different depending on this, there are a ton of dialogues on events that change (for example, the brothel owner suggesting doing anal and oral so she stays virgin).

The combat is all about protecting the girl's virginity, and unlike other games where vaginal penetration is inevitable, here you can avoid it with a QTE, every single time. And even tho some of these events are only for vaginal sex, the CGs are re-used for anal later on, so, you don't lose anything-

I remember playing Violated Heroine early on development years ago, one of the first eroges I ever played but I really disliked how it was very lineal, it just had a ton of events and that is why people call it a sandbox and said how your choices matter, however, it was just players avoiding content they don't like, which you can call freedom but didn't had too much to do with choices. I didn't like all the grape content and I tried to be and adventurer who was just laying around, which it made each playthrough miss most of the content.

In the same era, Virgin Protection Magic was released, was one of the first games where I feel it was really complex with choices, dialogues and CGs, like, I know there are better games now days in those aspects but at the time was one of its kind, now days day is quite decent, is not on my top 10 but is definetely worth playing.

I been oversold on this and feel disappointed, it merely prevents virginity lost, no special new text, and if there is, the gallery doesn't seem to have a toggle for scenes pre-ring/post-ring, just slutty/pure and virgin/non-virgin

It's a decent game by itself, you can go anal-only route, and it's addressed in-game.

When Karryn's Prison was mentioned, I was about to comment about Unholy Maiden, after the dev of KP went full NTR, my disappointment was immeasurable (Even if you like that, the new game is not as ambitious as KP), yeah, if they don't screw up, this may be the new KP, I am cautiossly hype about it.

After all, and objectively, Karryn's Prison may be the best anal-only game out there; If you modify the files to remove vaginal penetration.

I'd dare say KP is one of the best porn games, not just anal-only. The concept of gradual, yet almost total pornification of RPGM battle system is almost flawless. And still, despite the cumfest that unravels as you play, it still remains a game, not just a CG collection plaything. Unlike most other H-RPGMs, there is no clear-cut division between combat and sex. Side jobs compliment the main task of subjugating prisoners nicely and both can be done either the slutty or the pure ways. Elsewhere within the genre, you have in-battle harrasment and/or game over rape and in-town lewd side jobs where the MC has more control over what type of sexual activities she'd be engaging in. Karryn has both passive and active control all the time, at least in theory. Too bad the lewd logic behind the passive system propels her towards losing that control and indeed at some you need to tweak the code to keep her a two-hole slut.

It would be a great idea if they added a DLC or something introducing (visible) chastity devices, for different body parts and different levels of durability, to address this issue and repel sex attacks even if the desire gauge is full. Not just vaginal chastity belt, but other parts too: armored bra, anal shield, face mask... And then also invent 'cursed' or otherwise perverted versions of this protective gear, so a pighole buttplug instead of anal shield which increases chances of anal penetration; a latex bodysuit which exposes the breasts, a dildo-gag / mouth spreader...

They don't even have to add a DLC, I think this can be achieved with mods. If I had time I would take a crack at it. To be honest it shouldn't be that hard, there are a lot of visual and gameplay mods already implementing more intensive features (like pregnancy).

it's not easy, but you can complete Karryn's Prison with an anal-only playthrough. When she loses control it's more difficult, but that's how I completed the game time ago
