It's misleading and made me download a few games which had only sex-toys but no anal intercourse in the usual sense. With my posting I endorsed your comment, but a like would certainly have sufficed.

I have a recommendations. It's an RPGM game with no EN translation atm. It's not exclusively Anal, but it has a lot of anal only scens, and only a couple of dual penetration scenes.

It has mosaic Censoring tho. But that doesn't remove from how nice the game looks for its type. Anal only run is possible if you know which monster's to avoid being defeated by.

tbh I don't know. I played it many years ago -like in 2019 or 2020 iirc-, it was like the first version or so, quite playable but missing content

Wouldn't count on it. It's yet another of those blue-balling games made in USSR, the aim of which is to mock the player for wasting the precious hours of their lives controlling an adolescent chronic masturbator who has no other choice than to drink his sexual frustrations away. It takes good 8 hours or so of playtime, skipping walls of Harry Potter fanfic not-even-erotica, fetch quests, drinking sessions, pointless conversations back and forth with this or that character to get to the point where you can command a pupil to... take her panties off, while your Lothario of an MC is peeking from behind the curtains and you, my dear player, are peeking at the MC peeking at the girl from behind your computer screen.

At this point I first search the latest page with anal tag then come here to see if anyone found anything. The drought is real. Whatever you guys find I appreciate it because I stopped trusting the tags. Lately all I can find are games with 1 or 2 anal scenes max to grab the tag and that's it.
