I found the means for editing saves and adding mods on APK
for people with Android 13 that have restricted access to Android/Data like me
no PC needed
All you need is this
A file app that can actually access that restricted folder
And a split screen function
There's apps for that if your phone doesn't already have that like mine
I use this one
Was only 4.99 to remove the ads
You could just deal with ads but I'd rather not
With the split screen and access to those files you can drag and drop things in and out of Android/Data/com.gamename/files
Mods need to be inside a folder called game before dropping it in the com.gamename
You cannot "Move To" "Extract To" "Copy To"
Only drag and drop.
