VN - Ren'Py - Android LIFE [v0.5] [MateDolce]

I've read several comments calling the game linear which is kinda true but not really it's a harem game so you go though all the girls story lines at the same time if you did them separately the game would technically have a less linear story but the same amount of story. Also, they branch and come back together like a telltale game would, the over arching story is mostly the same with a few game overs. If you played the game, never going back to see the other choices, you'd have several scenes and story you'd never seen before with some overlap.

The character are where it shines to me, every character is charming and unique. And I love the art style.
The world building is great and interestingly deep.

Also read a review calling this a maledom game in disguise. It's more of a switch game with a femdom lean. Question is if you're made to do something dominant, are you being dominant?

Give it a try worst case it's not your thing, best case you fall in love with a new game.

Its a porn game with next to no porn and a visual novel with next to no choice.
That said, the characters are mostly likeable, or succesfully intentionally unlikeable and I never found myself holding CTRL like so many other games.
Only one particularly annoying minigame like segment (where you have to question a girl on like 20 different subjects, with repeats, even if, like me, you don't actually care about that character at all).

Some questionable writing choices like constantly calling things autistic in a society that has canonical normalized brain modification and eugenetic technology (so that term and all similar terms would be unlikely to be in active use), super inteligent girls still having to go through normal school even when they're explicitly smart enough to pass now, just the world being too much like ours for how absurdly high the tech is in comparison, but the world is interesting, the girls are worth talking to...

Pretty much, its alright. It does what it sets out to do mostly fine, with exception to the porn, which is borderline non-existent.
Not 5 stars because of that lack of porn and writing just sort of not being good enough.

Let's just say that as a (regrettably) avid player of h-games, this is the first game to have compelled me to write a review. This game is phenomenal, hands down. I will echo the praise that others have given to the surprisingly well done humor referencing a bevy of American internet memes over the years. That, however, pales in comparison to what I think this game uniquely offers, and that is characters who actually seem to reflect both the insecurities and the naivete of young love. What really got to me was the kissing scenes; very, VERY rarely do I see h-games that appreciate how erotic kissing can be.

Taking for granted the absurdity of the MC's situation, it's also incredible how well these scenes reflect the awkwardness of "first love" and how every step is both incredibly embarrassing because you're allowing yourself to be vulnerable to another person, but also amazingly exciting because you and another person are experiencing one another in a unique way. Whether the dev is drawing on personal experience or not, several of the scenes brought to mind memories of some of the most exciting times in my life relationship-wise; without judgment, that's a gift that very few h-devs could ever provide, I would wager.

The art is also worthy of immense praise, as it does an INCREDIBLE job of selling the emotional tension of the scenes. The animated scenes are stupendous, particularly just how well they communicate the pleasure of the female characters; despite being mostly softcore kinks on display, they are done in a wonderfully erotic and celebratory way, and I love the focus on both the MC and their companions enjoying one another equally. I typically only enjoy one or two characters' appearances in this kind of game, but all of the characters here are genuinely beautiful: dev, you're inside my god damn head and you know my exact preferences. It's kind of scary.

Long story short, this dev is a genius, and this game is a god damn national treasure.

This game is fucking phenomenal. The art is amazing. Each character has an actual personality with fun to read dialogue . It gives you a fair amount of choices and the sex scenes are great. This is one of the best games on the site I reckon. Highly recommend.

Okay, to start off, the premise you get from the overview description here do no justice for this game. I was actually steering away from this, and still would have been so if not for the high ratings. But I get it now. I've reached enlightenment by playing this for the first time, and I can safely say now...


I did not expect to have such a fun time playing this. The premise sounds so stupid and silly, you would think something like this would have such a nonsensical story there's no chance it would be worth anybody's time.

Now come so very close now, because I have to tell you right now that the writing in this game IS AMONGST THE BEST I have encountered so far here on F95ZONE. The story is clever, the worldbuilding is meticulous. It is funny and silly but can turn serious or sad and EMOTIONAL real quick. The characters feel alive, all their character traits make sense in the underlying narrative. Simply masterful overall. I cracked up laughing several times while also having been brought close to tearing up as well. Absolutely top grade writing. THIS IS WHAT I'M HERE FOR.

And the visuals, man also super high grade. I could maybe criticize some aspects of certain scenes and how they are represented but overall easy 5/5. The smut also superbly enriches the scenes thanks to the writers' obvious talent.

But what caught me perhaps the most by surprise is how they integrated Ren'Py UI features as gameplay elements. I rarely see it done this well. That was probably the icing on the cake and when I realized this shit has LEGENDARY status. I don't know how else I could drool over this game more...

I had no idea what I was gonna get when I went into this. But this is easily one of my favourite games now. Top 3 probably. The are is absolutely amazing. The story is very interesting. The girls are adorableeeee (Especially Lena).

Even the gameplay is refreshing. The scene with Mia trying to increase the understanding is amazing. Really makes the player feel involved which most games lack

Unexpected. I downloaded this game because of the interesting art style but reluctantly because of fem dom tag and story. Well, this game surpass my expectation. The story at the beginning appears ordinary. Just another Isekai guy transported to world of women, right?.. Wrong, the focus here is unique. This is not a story about guy trying to get laid as much as possible. Instead, it explores the world that you get transport into. Who is the girl? Why are you here? What actually happened? What's going on? And of course, about the guy being horny as well. The point here is that the story is not some blindly written porn. It manage to hook my attention. And there are many little details that make this game likeable for me. The way that some information is presented in this game is simply smile inducing. Whoever wrote the story get my applaud. Yeah, I like the art style and the sex scene too. And turn out that there are male Dom in this game as well. Check it out yourself. These stuff are kind of subjective after all.

This game’s writing is the true charm. The game has a lot of personality, and the characters feel distinct and real. The plot and worldbuilding is actually interesting compared to other games I’ve played and feels like more than just set dressing and feels like actual thought has been put into it. I caught myself thinking about the story after I had closed the game, which is rare for most games I play.

The sex scenes are good, but the writing is the best part of the scenes. Each scene plays into the writer’s characterization so far and it improves the scenes so much. This is one of the more common things I see in worse games, but this writer is damn good at it.

When the game starts, the art is good, looking a little bit amateurish, but gets very good as the game goes on. It's clear the author's skills increase with each update. The scenes in the latest update are especially good.

The game so far has about 8 hours of content, sometimes going back and reading other routes and actually reading the dialog and not skipping to scenes, which I think is a fair amount of content given the quality of the writing so far

I can't wait to see what becomes of the game and I hope the author continues, as I think the story is gold, and the writing shows real wit and humor, and I've caught myself laughing a few times at some of the dialog in this game.

this game feels more like some random VN you'd download from itch.io or other similar websites than a porn game, also if you skip the dialogue just for the H scenes the game is very very short or tedious and boring if you don't.

You ever play a fap game, and forget to fap?

I don't play these games for the story or the game play, so it took me off guard when I boot up the game expecting bad writing and get smacked in the face with a pretty good story and solid writing. The humor is pretty good, the protagonist isn't a complete pushover, and his reactions are believable in the context of the story and world. Also, the traced koikatsu art style is unique and looks good, H-scenes were pretty good, and the animations that I remember were fairly well done.

There are typos throughout the game, but I didn't find them to be egregious or overly distracting.

The game was good enough for me to subscribe to their patreon.

Story - Plot is really interesting and the dev has really killed it with the Script, Most of the dialogues had me made ROFL LOLing Fr.
Art - Unique is an understatement for the renders it makes, I like this style more than Koikatsu.
Characters - The Main Character is probably one of the best in the site, An unpredictable guy for sure, One time he acts like a autistic goofball and then moves on to be a Master of intuition/deduction/observations The Female characters are really well-written and and are not some basic bimbo sluts like the other games. One of the rare games where I love every female character.
Overall - I had a Extremely fun experience with it and it definitely has a Crazy potential but I wish the dev is quicker with updates. Nonetheless, Its a Must-Try game in this site.

it's pretty rare for me to care or get invested in a smut games story or characters but this game so far is great and i hope it stays as good.

This is one of those games that's so well-made that it makes some other AVNs hard to play. The world is interesting, the characters are interesting, and more than anything, it's genuinely funny (especially if you're 'in-the-know' enough to get the jokes). I have actually used this game as a palate cleanser after trying out some higher rated (and higher earning) games on this site.

The UI is well-done and the art is this great cel-shaded style. The characters designs are great and I'm excited to see some more of the cast.

It's really just a fantastic game.

This is a Hidden Gem right here guys. the art style is so unique and visually pleasing to look at. the renders are clean and smooth. there are some H scenes but your really here for the amazing story, funny humor, and endearing characters. the romance makes it all worth it when we get to the real h scenes. just go and give this game a chance.

A) How would i describe this ?
= Stupendo fantabulously phantasmagorically magical collection of art meant to service your heart AND your crank, to some extent.

B) Who should give a shit?
= You....you should. I have played 200+ AVNs and I have only rated FIVE other AVN in this exact fashion with these exact words. The dev has cooked something for which we ARE NOT ready for. On surface, the game looks like just another isekai fuckery BUT IT'S SO MUCH MORE... Even tho the game is very lighthearted at the core, it doesn't shy away from hinting at deep and dark concepts in a satirical fashion hinting at the writer's strong gasp of the language as well as American humor.

I am a proud handholding, pat-giving, hug seeking fucko that will refuse to play games that only offer porn and no coherent plot or authentic characters. If I want porn I can just go to the orange site or some place....no...I'm not reading it to empty my balls but to rather fill my heart. This is exactly what the game offers.

There are H scenes but it's not a quick fap (you have been warned!!)

Pros:

1. Previews don't do justice. The game looks so much better and renders are clean and sexy.
2. Small Sandox elements and mini games are very intuitive and very very cool UI.
3. Sound effects and music are like fine selection of caviar.
4. WRITING IS ABSOLUTE GOLD (one of the most quirky and extremely witty pieces of humor). It is very heavy on American humor and references and it flows so well. Writer's comedic genius flows with each monolog or quick banters.
5. Animations are decent and hot and music fits here so well!
6. Characters are distinct and very likeable cast. The romance is chef's kiss, where present.
7. Multiple endings and some pretty realistic choices are very well done!

Cons:

1. There's some misspellings but overall phrasing is excellent. They had a great grasp on setting up satire.
2. Gallery would be good addition.

Verdict: Abso-fucking-lutely pick this up now!!

I found my self giggling so much cuz the game uses satire and prime American humor. Better dead than red? Bittersweet jokes about dystopian society with mega capitalism and intentional targeting of certain people.
The setup and delivery of these jokes put this game on next level.

Don't do yourself disservice by not giving this a go!

Go play it already!

Came for fap, Stayed for story. Usually, I don't engage in story in a porn game, But exceptions happen. This game has a great storyline that has simplicity and great humour (That Jojo stand off was amazing) and Art is the most unique i have seen in a Ren'py game.

- This deserves to be in Steam

Great game that I feel took a lot of effort to make, the only downside I see is a lack of time allotted to characters to actually get to know them better. which is something that will probably be addressed in future chapters.

This game took me by surprise.

Was expecting some mindless fun scenarios considering the premise and the initial feel.

But the game ends up really respecting its character and giving them more depth than expected making the interactions with em much more fun.

The game is genuily well written and nail its humour elements also.

This game has no business being this good.

Never have I seen political socio-economic commentary, conspiracy theories, and realistic depictions of capitalist monopolies in a cyberpunk world mixed and intertwined with witty jokes, beautiful romance, and horniness. On top of that, the artstyle is gorgeous and unique. This game is unlike any I've ever played here. If you're just here to fap I wouldn't recommend it, but to literally everyone else here I would.
