For majority of the story it isnt, the overall interaction with girls is def more leaning into femdom, maledom scenes are rather rare, I mean in their eyes for most of the story ur literally just an object mean to prostitute yourself for them, and ur a one dollar bill away from being their slave, even in the last update with the maledom sex scene with Kana, it is literally caused by her using money in ur collar and giving u an order that she refused to let u fulfill, causing a ton of pain and mc to go nuts basically, eventually pushing her down and all but it is still a situation she herself orchestrated, and now she threatening the mc to do what she says or she will ruin his life essentially, again doing what the girl wants and being submissive to her will, u could've said "Oh ye most of the story is femdom but theres some maledom" but saying "No it isnt, its just player choice" when the whole Kana situation is ENTIRELY A STORY DEVICE not affected by player choice is insane, its just one of many examples but it felt noteworthy to mention because it is as maledom of a scene as it can get at a surface level but with context u realize it actually is femdom, I dont doubt the Kana relationship will go down the maledom path, thats what she wants anyway, but for now with her telling u what to do and threatening u over it and any maledom happening only cus she pushes you to it, it really is just femdom with a ton of makeup.
Ruri relationship is also more leaning into femdom, Teacher too, Lena more into romance than anything but id count it as maledom considering relationship dynamic, Reia gives u a choice at some point during her sex scene, with romance femdom maledom, so I will mainly count the prior relationship to this scene with her, which is very much femdom, with her enjoying treating you like crap, tasing you, and enjoying stepping on you and you just taking all of this like a good boy and never actually trying to fight her, all that i mentioned is something that happens regardless of player choice btw.
This game doesnt do many branches with player choices, most times u just get a different sex scene and thats it, u dont really be getting whole different relationship dynamics with characters by making certain dialogue choices no, we dont even have much control of what the mc says or how his personality shapes out to be, a game like that would be far more ambitious and require a ton more work.
My point is: no, majority of the time the game is Femdom and thats a fact, lately it has been going on a more maledom direction but the work in the past 5 years is still mostly femdom, and its for an understandable reason to be honest, in the mc's eyes he is still a newborn lamb in this new world, ingame wise he hasnt been there for long at all and prob doesnt know shit about most of the technologies of the new world, if there is still some areas affected by Blight virus and many other things, I mean one robot literally found out he was a human by looking at him and scanning him, what if there are cameras that automatically do this, some streets have cameras and it seems to be the consensus to have more street cameras, what if the future has more cameras? what if him getting caught is just a matter of walking into the wrong street and getting tagged by the camera, or AI controlling it, as a human man, not a big slip up just a matter of hitting the wrong corner while walking down the street, if anything the guy is not cautious enough.
Personal opinion: Also I get the impression that the extinction of men is more tied to the greed of mega corporations than an actual disaster that can't be fixed, Im not sure if this doubt is fueled by common sense or an in-game dialogue that I dont remember though, but I get the impression that men could've been brought back a long time ago but mega corporations are aware the whole Android thing is very lucrative, and bringing men back would destroy this industry, or at least dwarf it to an unrecognizable size, I would even bet on the ultra rich having men that they keep around for themselves as entertainment, if it wasnt for the scene where the rich girl's mom dissects you after finding out you're a man, that rich mom is if im not wrong one of the most powerful people on the planet if not the most, so if her reaction to finding a man is straight to dissection its unlikely there are men around being kept by the ultra rich...
Like I said this game has such an interesting world and concept, wish the dev spared more effort into worldbuilding than minigames section, I would prefer a wall of text honestly.
