Again this is translation requests. If you check in the Femlife thread there is QSP player for Android, and a guide for getting the game running.

If there's no Android version of a Ren'Py game, again Ren'Py game you can ask in the renamed Android Port Requests (Ren'Py only) thread. Or a port makers own thread.
