Does this bitch actually talk or have any actual character relevance in her own anime? I have not ever seen nor heard them say a damn thing in every clip. They just stand there making the same dumbass smug expression yet everyone just spams pictures of her mug. She's definitely some kind of mute.

It's not "her" anime, she's a side character in Souso no Frieren and yes she talks and is quite a fan favourite for.......reasons.

bro you must have the clips on mute lmao she talks in pretty much every scene shes in, sometimes more than she should and she's KNOWN for it. Also yeah like Gustandguts said she's not the protagonist shes the character that all of the sexual aspects of the show was dumped into like she is pretty much the only girl to show her armpits and people LOVE that about her.
