That depends on just how much of a arse the kpop stars legal people/managers want to be, selling it is not the only way they could do things about it legally.
If they could provide sufficient proof they could go for something like unauthorised use of copy right images, assuming those images used are not public domain/publicity type stuff, even then were those images done for a magazine or some such in which case that magazine hold those copy rights, there are probably a load of things they could do, chances are they will not as it is not really worth the effort, but they could do if they wanted.
