Problem is we dont know how to create work like you and no way will be able to replicate a angelica model like you ...

I believe that the program used is Daz Studio, whose version 4.20 can be downloaded for free (upon registration) on the DAZ3D website.
I have no idea about the model, I think it's a customization of the game developer.
