Just use ComfyUI and create your AI Videos and Pictures on your own PC!

Downlad here

you also need this

After staring Comfy just choose your Model :

Is there any tutorial step by step?
I want to create anime characters and their consistent sprites. I already installed Confyui and Confyui Manager as I saw in a tutorial. I also installed a workflow that I saw on Civitai, and installed its missing nodes, but when I try to run it, I get an error... I think I need to install a model or something like that, but I can't find a specific guide for those workflows that I want...

First use the workflows that Comfy provide! They are enough to start.

That's why we already got AI-Prompt-Engineers nowdays. I wonder if people of future would pursue academic degree in it :geek:.

Thanks, yeah I posted here before I knew about the AVIF thing.... I've attached a ZIP with the workflow as a JSON which I've shared on F95 before (might be a little older but it's basically what I do). I tend to just use this kind of workflow i.e. I2V short loops, because my machine is not that powerful and it suits the purposes of my game.

The animations from this post are a bit older so I don't know if I have those exact prompts but I've shared a newer example below and it's prompt. To be honest I find that the prompt doesn't matter as much with Wan you just have to write it in somewhat natural language and it turns out okay. For me the biggest impacting factor seems to be Loras I apply. I'm always on the lookout for good lora from Civitai and then I usually just modify the example prompts they provide. I will also usually use a mix of 2-3 Loras to get what I want. Then again I use Wan 2.1 so maybe Wan 2.2 is a different beast...

Anyway here's the example:

Positive prompt: Full Nelson position. A woman is having sex with a man. The sex is from behind. The man is holding her on his penis from behind. Both his hands are on her ass. He is thrusting upward, his penis entering her ass. her face shows a mix of pleasure and intensity and her tongue is out. Her face is ahegao. Her body bounces up and down in unison with each thrust. She squeezes her own breast,

Negative prompt: talking, moving mouth, moving face, inconsistent movements, camera shaking, defocus, overexposure, flashes, film defects, static, blurred details, subtitles, paintings, pictures, still, overall gray, worst quality, low quality, JPEG compression residue, ugly, mutilated, redundant fingers, poorly painted hands, poorly painted faces, deformed, disfigured, deformed limbs, fused fingers, cluttered background, three legs, upside down, pixelation, static background, blurry, arm seperating from body, split body, pov

Hi bro, thanks for sharing. Could you share an update with a link to your current workflow? I tried using yours, but it gives me an error when I reach 27% of video generation.

I’ve been testing this style of animations for my new game, and the results aren’t bad.Definitely better than those stiff, low-quality loops we all hate. The problem? Rendering them locally is brutal. 1920×1080 feels like torture on my hardware, and character consistency can break from shot to shot. So yeah… promising tech, but it still needs a bit more time to mature.

Unfortunately, I find there's not a lot of good guides because comfy can be so variable.... Honestly I just try to find a workflow that works, install the missing nodes that it has, and if I still get errors then it's google or chatgpt or asking on civitai etc. until I get to the solution.... Sorry that's not much help :(

BTW you talk about "create anime characters and their consistent sprites" does that mean you want to do txt2vid? For me I've found that it's easier to do that kind of work in something else like forge/A111 via LORA/consistent prompting to generate character images then using comfy/WAN to just animate those images so img2vid.

Unfortunately my workflow hasn't really changed... I've attached one here that's a basically what I use now but I think all that's really changed is that I have some upscale nodes in the workflow where before I did that by an external tool. Anyway hope it helps. If not it could be something else i.e. resolution size, models used, video length etc...

EDIT: Just realized I may have been experiments with the 720p model in this workflow. I usually use the 480p one.

Yeah there's definitely a limit on what you can do. Most of the one's I do are 1920x1080 and I can do that with lower end hardware (12gb vram and 32gb ram) with each done in about 5-10 minutes BUT:
  1. I generate at 960x540 and upscale to 1920x1080
  2. Almost everything I generate are just very short loops (1-2 seconds)
  3. I use lower end GGUF wan models
