Hello can anybody pls tell me how are animations made in Ren py? (in games such as milfy city or so) . Are they made in blender or in ren py itself? I know it sounds noobish but am really curious.

Renpy can't make animations, only show them.
Animations are made in another program like blender (like you said) or daz, or similar.
