No it wasn't that one. I know its a long shot to find the right game. It was anime and you were given this id card by a big titty guardian angel because you were one of the last guys around, however she wouldn't let you nail her yet because you didn't have enough experience or some crap. So youd go around the city flashing this ID and every girl was like "well if I have to I guess"
