VN - Ren'Py - Anna Exciting Affection [Ch.2 Ep.21] [DeepSleep]

This is a weird game to review because Chapters 1 and 2 are totally different games.

Chapter 1
Good

• Anna is gorgeous. Very curvy, maybe my favorite female MC out there right now.
• Tons and tons of renders and animations, all very high quality.

Bad

• Lack of any real choice. Chapter 1 repeats the sin of so many female MC games where you can only pick the bad choice or the good choice. Bad lets you see the subsequent lewd scene and continue on the path, while good skips it and stops the path. This isn't a meaningful decision in a porn game as most people will always pick the bad, and there is no incentive to pick the good. Chapter 1 is one step above a kinetic novel.
• Dialogue and writing is nothing special. Anna frequently begins a scene reluctant despite doing something incredibly slutty in the last scene, which gets tiresome.
• The average writing also means that this game won't pull on any emotional chords either, Anna's reactions and emotions aren't always believable.
• RPGM can get tiresome. There is a Ren'py remake of Chapter 1 I enjoyed more.

Chapter 2
Good

• The dev's wisely switched from RPGM to Ren'py. The switch is great makes the game much less tedious. The map and area interfaces all work well.
• New branching structure and choice. Chapter 2 lets the player go down multiple different paths. For the medical bills Anna can either be a blackmailed sex experiment for two horny male doctors, or help a hot female doctor and start a new love interest. For her legal troubles, Anna can cooperate with the old horny detective, get help from her brother in law in an incest trending plot, or become a dom to a wealthy and foot obsessed business man (why is femdom always foot focused in games?). These paths add a ton of depth and meaningful choice to the game and fix my biggest complaint with chapter 1.

Bad

• Anna has regressed in her slutty nature. Early in Chapter 2, Anna reunites with her old flame Alfred, who she had multiple threesomes with, only to...share a bottle of wine and cuddle? Really? Chapter 2 is still in its infancy so I may be too harsh too early, there does seem to be a porn threesome in the imminent future, but the regression is frustrating. She ended Chapter 1 as a mega whore for most players, let her continue on the super slutty paths like being a business sex toy or a bar bathroom prostitute, don't reset the corruption meter.

Overall, I really enjoyed this game. It won't bring you the most complex or moving narrative, but it has some of the best faps out there if you are into slutty female MCs. Chapter 2 made some much needed changes to the formula and is moving in the right direction, I just hope the story fully embraces Anna's slutiness and doesn't require us to recorrupt her.

A long review for a long game (mainly about part one, as part two is still in development).

Overall rating: very good.

- Pro:

- Game length: Part one is finished and has hours and hours of gameplay
- Bug free, and with an easy to follow quest log (no open world, just follow the log exactly and you ll get almost everything)
- Good english (not perfect), reasonable conversations, descriptions of scenes a bit weaker and clumsy
- Even though the MC isn't my ideal, I started to like her, her body is great, and she really steals your heart by being sweet en empathic
- A LOT of scenes, man, every game day gives you 2-5 scenes, and there are at least 40 days or so
- Scenes are of good quality and some have animations
- Really soothing to play, relaxing, and easy; choices are mainly to see or not see a scene (this is different in part 2)

- Con:

- The sexual tension throughout the game is a bit odd; you expect a game to get rougher, harder, more extreme as it goes, especially with blackmail. But during the game harder scenes, with humiliation, get followed by really vanilla things

- In tie with this is that the game sort of cannot choose between: The MC becomes a corrupted bimbo nympho, or she gets forced into submission. A lot of the degrading, submissive themes are mixed with free will, and sadistic characters often can be very polite or reasonable. So you get a mixed feeling of her wanting it all, and her being forced, and that does mot mix well.

- And in accordance with this something a lot of games suffer from: After being raped she then gets upset by showing her nipple.

In short: The game often promises a hard core slide into degradation, submission, surrender, but instead it turns around in circles: Humiliation, free will, vanilla, humiliation, free will, etc.

A very good game, but if you are looking for hard core submission or sadism, this might disappoint a bit.

Pretty good in terms of renders and if you're just looking for debauched cheating/cucking. Not great if you wanted literally anything else. Choices that stray from the MC cheating/generally being a ho make the story incredibly short otherwise and totally unworth the download. Would've been good to see alternate routes and without it just your run of the mill jack it and pack it away VN

Cons;

If you do not like rpgm, then it might be a little bit annoying to play for you. But even that, the rpgm version is not that hard to play (comparing the many other rpgm's out there, this one is pretty easy to navigate, and grinding is not that much, only the necessary amount).

If you played and finished the first version, waiting can be bothering too, cause development takes long. But since the dev switched it to ren'py, its understandable as well.

Overall its worth to 5 stars, i would give 10 if it was possible.

Chapter 1 review:
Lets start with the good things. I guess its a nice story about the slow corruption of of the MC. Theres a big amount of content. The visuals are nicely rendered although the MC is a bit too thicc for my taste. For a RPGM game the grind is okay.

Now the bad. The engrish is really bad. The dev couldnt find anyone to have a pass of the dialogue? The "thoughts" of the men are also very 1 dimensional and kind of distract, I dont think its necessary to even show them. The "choices" dont feel impactful, its like just a scene player. The buildup (slow corruption) in the beginning was nice but then you realize none of your choices really matter so it becomes a lot less interesting. The animations are buggy, I've had it a couple of times the animation would play and then end in a black screen and I had to quit/reload the game and replay all that shit again.

Among all other games that are trying to be "polite" "accommodating" this game do not fuck around.

Lot of sex, good animation (even though I would expand more") lot of situations.

Straight and simple without pretending this game set very high the standard for all the rest of the games on this website!

well done for the dev and for the guy that is doing the porting in RenPY.

- To many routes with and options for each moment.

So, I'm gonna split the review in 2 parts. Chapter 1, which is completed, and the vast majority of the game so far, and chapter 2, which only had 1 release as of the writing of this review, and is still in development.

Ch.1:

Story:
The game revolves around Anna, fresh out of college trying to make a living in a new city with her boyfriend. In the process, she gets involved with all sort of people, shaddy business, assholes, and fuck just about anyone.
First thing's first, if you haven't got it from my description, this game is an NTR fest. There are some nice people she hooks up with, and times where Anna is the one taking control and seducing people, but there's a LOT of harassment and blackmail, and pretty much everything is her cheating. So keep that in mind.
The story itself is ok, nothing special. Early on Anna suffers an accident, which damaged her brain to make her extra horny. It's meant to justify her change of behaviour, but it just comes out as way too convenient, specially considering her sister is hornier than her with no such thing. Even genetic pre-disposition would be a better explanation. The game is also very inconsistent in it's portrayal of Anna, not sure weather to make her a slut or a prude. You'll have things like her monologuing about how much she loves her bf in one scene, and on another scene, she's letting his dad fuck her right in front of him while he's blindfolded. It's a constant cycle of behaving like a slut, feeling guilty about it, then back to slut. The writing also has this very annoying habit of making everyone, man or woman adressing each other as "hun". However, the game does a good job of coming up with a wide variety of situations and problems for Anna to find herself in.

Gameplay;
The game is made in RPGM, but never really does anything interesting with it. The progression is very linear, you just walk from point A to B with no side activities, nothing to collect, nothing to unlock, no minigames. There are decisions in the game, but only a handful have you decide between scene A or B. Most of them have you decide between watching the character's scenes or not. That's actually a welcome feature, because some of the assholes are so insufferable that I was glad to make Anna not put up with their shit, even if that meant having less scenes. Regardless of your choices, the story plays mostly the same. The game is a VN with walking around a map added in.

Visuals:

This is what got me to play the game and what kept me playing. I could go on and on about how sexy Anna's character is, but you're better off looking at the pictures and taking your own conclusions. For me, she's the hottest character i've seen in any 3D game, and the sole reason the game is worth playing. The renders are also high quality in general.
Unfortunatle even the visuals come with caveats. The game has animations, but uses them too sparely. A sex encounter usually has 1, 2, or very rarely 3 animations, and most of the action happens through static images and text. Even presenting the same animation in different angles would go a long way, but you only get 1 angle for each animation.
The animations that are in here are also not the best. This game uses loops (like most), however it only animates half. Let me explain. Say you want to animate a scene of a dick going in and out. You can animate it going in, and just play that backwards for the coming out part. This works when there's only simple hip movements, but the game uses it for everything. When there are head or mouth movement in the scene, the whole thing can look pretty robotic. Overall, the game could use more frequent and better use of animations.
Another problem is that the game lacks a gallery.

Overall, if I were to rate chapter 1 only (which is the vast majority of the playtime at this point), it would be 3 stars. A game with an incredibly hot protagonist, great renders, but lacking in just about everything else.

Ch. 2 [0.01]

While Chapter 2 is still very early, it already provides very welcome changes to the game. First off, the game shifted from RPGM to Ren'Py, which is a lot more suitable for the game. No more walking around, just click on your destination, making the game a lot more straightforward and the visual style more consistent. It's still too early to tell, but the game also shows some hints of being just a bit more open. I've unwillingly missed a scene by taking a different path than I should.
Visually, the game also had improvements. While the animation techniques remain the same, the game now makes use of multiple camera angles for each animation, which is a simple, yet big step in making them feel more prominent and varied. Another much needed addition is a gallery.
Overall, while it's still early, Ch. 2 already adresses several of the complaints I had with Ch. 1, and gets me hopeful for the future of this game. With the improvements already in place, and hopefully more to come, maybe Anna Exciting Affection will finally be the game that her character deserves.

I want to give 10 stars out of 5 stars to this game, one of the best games of this genre I have ever played.

Model, Anna is so so good, Artist has done the most wonderful job creating it.

Her character is very sensual which is so important for this kind of game.

Story and Adventure just make her character more erotic and very satisfactory in my point of view.

Superb renders !
Very good story with plenty of exciting scenes. (so much that some may even wake you up at night from your deep sleep)
Variety of characters and different side story plots.
RenPy! (was RPGM but chapter 2 was migrated to RenPy which can perfectly utilize all the side story branches letting you play and choose the different paths)
Gallery in ch.2.
Very good corruption path as well as NTR alongside all kind of sexual experience for the MC.

CONS:

NONE.

People complained about the slow update times - This will change and if you want quality you have to be patient.
Chapter 2 is just starting so there is lots of more content to come in near future.

Overall this is one the few games that are 100% worth supporting while getting more and more excited about its future!

I've been playing this game since the start and it is pretty damn great.
WARNING ABOUT NTR if you can't handle it.

Pros:
-Gorgeous character. Her body is a damn bomb in any outfit and you can see why every male is running after her like a frickin mob of twitch viewers.
-Great NTR routes and scenes. It isn't just some good looking younger dude or older guy. It is even old bags of bones and the obese who get a chance.
-Animated scenes are great. They aren't advanced animations but loops that look damn good as well.
-Gameplay is fine from the start although to be honest, I mainly wait for the Renpy remake and check out the gallery. I'd rather spend time playing actual games instead of hentai/adult games. This is also with Cyberpunk coming up and I am ready for that one.
-Graphics are great. It isn't mediocre type of models like other games you will find.
-A homeless guy is prob getting some action too which is great. A beautiful female character lowering herself to even the lowest in society is hot as hell.

Cons:
-Not enough content.

Definitely one of my favorite games on this website.

There's no Visual Novel tag but it plays out like a generic (click-to-see-next-slide) Visual Novel (a.k.a. powerpoint presentation). This is supposed to be a female corruption game but it's not. MC gets magically turned into a slut when she gets brain damaged... This robs the game of any corruption process. This 's supposed to be a choice based game, where choices matter, but it turns out that you are constantly being forced into something, so your choices really are down to: "do you want to watch this scene?" Writing is lazy, engrish is bad and you can't skip through dialogue. Too bad the MC model looks good and original, because its a waste of distinctive graphics that could be used in a much better game frame.

This game is best porn game i had played till now the characters and and story makes this game completely fulfilled with all the requirement need to be a perfect porn game. More the animations and graphics of the game is superb.

I love Anna's attitude, pretending to be shy and then goes to have sex with many men (two at a time too) and women. Great job imo! I liked the Renpy version with the " Replay room". Excellent visuals, turns me on! A LOT of scenes! Story I don't really look at to be honest.

I usually cut some slacks for games that have good renders such as this, but the extremely boring writing style that are worse than the monotone voice that high school students use when reading out loud in front of class and the bad game design (by bad I mean nonexistent) put me to sleep everytime I play, why the hell would you made a game on RPGM when all you let the players do is going from point A to point B? It's so tedious and pointless. I try so hard to finish the game but I couldn't play more than 5 minutes at once, even when skipping all the dialogue. I legit gets a headache everytime I am playing this game,

A great game with a good enough plot to progress the story and character's corruption. The renders and animation are enjoyable. However, I find this game would be better if made in RenPy instead of RPGM

I already talked so much about that game and even it has some flaw the dev tried to change things and to give his best. and yea i still don't like some scenes but thats some personal stuff. overall its a lovely game with AMAZING characters. and in a great quality. with decisions.

anna is my fav female char even now after 2 years of following. and i hope we see more of here in many different settings and situations and with especially many old and ugly and small guys. but deep knows me quite well hehe

Jesus Christ, this is overrated. I like female MC corruption games, but this is mediocre at best. It's also not even actually a corruption game in any real sense.

Early on Anna gets magically turned into a slut when she has an accident that happens to give her just the right kind of brain damage that makes her SUPER HORNY and unable to control herself, blah blah blah.

This robs the game of any meaningful kind of progression and just turns it into a procession of generic sex scenes repeating the same themes over and over again.

The sex is also surprisingly vanilla for a game of this kind, except that she fucks a lot of old dudes. It's all very formulaic and it doesn't help that the dialogue is incredibly bland and robotic.

The writing in general is super forgettable, with most of the characters staying completely lifeless, only serving as the next opportunity for Anna to get some dick. The only exception I can think of was the chubby IT guy, where there was some actual chemistry and a relationship besides "ungh, you have big dick, me so horny."

I could have swallowed the Slut Ex Machina device and the somewhat bland sex if the dialogue wasn't rotting my brain cells. The game seems to have only two male archetypes, it's either the turbo creep trying to degrade Anna with cringy "you are just my cumdump" lines or it's a "good guy" who can't shut the fuck up about how perfect her body is.

This is one of my favorite games, I love the MC the most. The renders are top notch and the dialogue is pretty decent also. This game also has some good animations which is always a plus in my books.

I wish this game had more interracial content though as well as choices.
