For the current 0.109 Deluxe version, here are the combinations for the sex scene gallery so you don't have to keep looking in the Excel spreadsheet and stop asking when there are solutions available with a few clicks.

Keep in mind that one party MUST be HUMAN and, just to be safe, ONLY give drinks to the person you're trying to transform.

Girl AKA Horu specific combos:
- 1x "Heaven" = Angel Girl
- 1x "Hell" = Demon Girl
- 1x "Heaven" + 1x "Hell" (or vice versa) = Fallen Angel Girl
- 1x "Ghost" + 1x "Death" = Japanese Ghost Girl
- 1x "Disease" = Sick Girl (not as bad as it sounds, just gets a few crusts here and there)
- 2x "Cure" = MAD Scientist Girl
- 1x "Cancer" = Very fucked up face, you will try to scratch your eyeballs out or pour yourself some bleach when you see it. For completionists and people with a few loose screws in their heads only.

Guy AKA Player specific combos:
- 1x "Heaven" = Angel Guy
- 1x "Hell" = Demon Guy
- 1x "Heaven" + 1x "Hell" (or vice versa) = Fallen Angel Guy
- 1x "Ghost" + 1x "Death" = X-Ray Ghost with Visible Skeleton Guy
- 1x "Disease" = Sick Guy (again, not as bad as it sounds, just gets a few crusts here and there - almost look like lizard scales)
- 2x "Cure" = Long hair Scientist Guy (not sure the reference, but he does look familiar)
- 1x "Hell" + 1x "Horny" = Incubus Guy

Haven't tried death scenes yet.

i give you a hint about death scene here:

with horu and player there are common death scenes (death by poisoning by oil, death by fire, disintegration by lava, missing body by gravity, body melting by acid, supreme god "4th transformation form when using too much god's cup" suffering from drinking death's cup).

player has two separate ones: when horu is a dog girl and player drinks death's cup; when horu is a cat girl and player is a fish player drinks death's cup.

As you can see i have the deluxe mode enabled with 1. I then click on game. and then gallery. Still nothing unlocked. What am i missing doing wrong? Do i need to check box pointer then put 1 there?

You enabled deluxe mode, which evidently doesn't unlock gallery, but rather unlocks extra forms and scenes (to my knowledge); try enabling dev_mode, as the code for ACM1 which turns on dev mode, unlocks everything in the gallery.

My friend, coffee machine horu use is SCP-294 and game i find use SCP-261. All i can say they game same use content SCP, i not sure because they see horu game then make they own game use scp-261 or not.
