I don't get why people are miffed about a sequel. More stuff is good, plus we're barely even paying for it. (Pirating forum, y'know?)
I think there's plenty of reasons to not call this a cash grab.

Edit: Sebmj2005 said the boy has to be human to initiate sex (at least for some scenes, could be wrong), seems like so far I've found Heaven, Heaven/Hell and Hell with scenes, but that seems to be the ticket, thanks dude.
Edit Again: it seems that the Girl or the Boy have to be human to start an available scene, so if Devil girl can initiate a scene with Human boy, so too can Devil boy initiate a different scene with Human girl, at least in most cases I've seen
