Better to have the tag for one scene than to have one scene and not have the tag. The middle ground option would be a separate tag like "optional _" or "some _" but that would probably just create bloat

There are enough changes that he's technically legally protected, and I've seen a lot worse with a lot fewer problems. Like Greg Land.
The people going after him are clearly clout chasing, especially since they're accusing the game of sexualizing minors.
The game only has two characters. Who are not minors.
It's pretty close in design yeah and he should make more changes, but he's also covered under parody law due to the nature of the game. Especially since the game also includes that Kiryu thing.
Honestly if it were me I'd double down and add in *all* of those people's OCs into the game. With reasonable alterations to be legally distinct parodies, of course.
Or rather *I* wouldn't since I live in Japan, which doesn't have very good parody protection laws and some really strong libel laws. But if I still lived in the U.S. I TOTALLY would.

I didn't mean it like that, if I were him I'd add more OCs too. I meant it simply as a game design standpoint, as the art is clearly traced, which isn't really a good look if you're an artist/game dev.

Okay getting the slime forms were a bit of a pain, have to make her drink slime twice in a row. No alternative wording even if it gives the same response. Then pick the color for her to transform. Then give her human. Then slime twice in a row. Only so you can select the color you didn't try yet. Wish I could just pick slime with the color (blue slime or slime blue) to have her transform but oh well.
