I think the blood and exposed bones ruin it because gore isn't appealing unless you have issues you should seek professional help for. As well the later evolution should keep some sexiness factor, I've played a couple horror porn games with eldritch creatures and they were able to keep the horrible monstrosity aspect while still looking completely fuckable. I see promise though.
