Seeking Any 3D game (Unity or Unreal) that can use AI Shoujo / Honey Select 2 cards?

I looked up a lot of threads about this and found some games that use hs2, but they're just some renpy games where you can't do much. I was thinking if there was any game like World After War except maybe it can use HS2 cards for characters? My main goal here is to be able to achieve a female ragdoll (for example shoot someone to death) and have her have the same face, hair and clothing exactly that my HS2 card has. I'm taking this is only achievable in a Unity game and cannot be in an Unreal game, but that's totally fine by me.
