Can anyone recommend a good game similar to Good Girl Gone Bad which features nobility/royalty?

Preferences would be:
- Ren'Py/VN, but with meaningful choices that actually lead to different outcomes/paths
- well-written with interesting characters
- well-proportioned models (not comically huge boobs)
- lots of content already available, even if not yet completed
- mostly consensual or at least semi-consensual situations
