I'm lookjng for any games that include an cuntboy or female to male trans.
It doesn't have to be the main character or a big one but I just haven't seen many that have one.

Renpy prefered but I'm fine with any game type.

You can make your player character male w/ pussy in lust doll+ ( https://f95zone.to/threads/lust-doll-plus-r51-0-indivi.1327/ ) but fwi, last I played, pregnancy makes your character grow breasts. There are also no explicit ftm markers like top surgery scars afaik.
