Seeking Any game similar to Koikatsu party with real women?

No idea If this is the correct place to ask, but, is there any game similar to Koikatsu party but with "real women as not manga I mean" you know ¡, build your own women with tons of different attributes and caractheristics and then create scenes with them. Anything like that?
