The scene is easily reachable by just playing the game, its completely linear, however its in the later half of part 3 so If you don't want to play up to It i'm sure you can find a save on the thread. If you cant feel free to ask me, I don't know if my save will work with the version on the site, but i'm sure it will be fine.
For more info on the scene itself the protagonist gets cloned by one of the antagonists and is forced to fight the clone that can freely switch genders.
Also the get the scene you have to lose the fight

There is also a secret boss (click the white pixel on the Extras screen to trigger the fight), if you lose the doppel will rape you and exchange bodies, so luka ends in a female body lol.
Not a hidden boss it was a mod that RogueTranslator added to the game after translating chapter 2.
