Though, it's my favorite H-Game in existence because of the ASTOUNDINGLY wholesome content, rather than the timestop..
ANYWAYS eratohoTW is a GEM and an absolute goldmine for the CUTEST CONTENT EVER AHAGRGARKKAWRHJA ok uhh yeah game is super good.. though it's also not on my list only because I would feel bad if I gave it less than 2 pages of praises

Well, there is Chronos Gate (an action platformer themed about that thing), but it is untranslated and not on site.

There's The Curator, and that one time stop RPGM game made years ago. That's it I think
