Like for instantance you can get wahoo mod for the sims 4 and have sex with your sims. Is there a game like that where you can install additional mods or even have it in games without mods?

Oh I know there are mods for the sims however I was wondering if theres any games like it that requires a mod or without a mod. GTA doesn't count as it looks stupid.
