Hello, first time poster long time lurker so bear with me if I make any mistakes. Can I have any recommendations on decent games with high levels of sexual violence, where the blood and gore are part of the sex. Things like Dustmania Grotesque is what I'm looking for, I've tried looking through the graphic violence tag but none of the games there are really what I'm looking for. Any recommendations are appreciated and thank you.

Like the guy above has said, Maggotbaits looks like it's good but it's been in translation for like 2 years now. I haven't played Dustmania because the art looks so awful haha.
