I know Lab Rats and Dreaming of Dana features pregnancy. More so with Lab Rats.

My Legacy is all about a guy with a plan to impregnate his 2 nieces over the course of the two weeks they and their parents, his brother and his sister-in-law, stay at his home. Of course, you can also go after the sister in law, but for some reason (probably the fact that he knows she hates him) he focuses on the nieces in his opening monologue. The game isn't long, but it's pretty entertaining.

I'm seeing this more and more. Most people know how to use tags. They're here looking for suggestions. If they ask for something and there are no suggestions then, sure, lets give them the tag. I agree, I can find a lot of games through the search of tags, but I am impressed how many new and awsome games I got suggested that I couldn't find through tag-search. A lot of games aren't properly tagged as well.

also has a pregnancy mod, great game, mods makes it better. (Heck theres even a beastiality mod)
Peasant Quest was also nice, although very grindy.
Snow Daze was also nice, and diffrent from most of these in its art form.

Those two are the best ones from my memory on f95. But there are alot of VNs that feature pregnancy (not just impregnation)

Most of those don't have art. @lodadsaq can probably help you find those, if he checks the site at some point (He's usually active on the discord if you wanna ask him yourself.)

hahaha, I check the site for games fairly frequently. there are a few games @Skyzen. there is adam and gaia, that game is very large and you will probably want to use the torent, or nopy, when it comes back online, -_-

station master has pregnancy, I do love that game. it , may be a tad hard to get into but yea.
iv attached a guild to help you start of, there isn't a walkthough just diftrent play styles

there is free cities, but I think you need pregmod to have any kids, and that can have some 0_0 content, such as fucking your 3YO 180CM tall futanari child with a 82" dick.
BUT, you can disable that right from the get go, I think there is even a reddit safe version that disables it as well

I cant think of much else, and I know it sorta has to have a story, but the ones I know of are sami-sandbox if not sandbox
