This one's quite popular, so you may have already seen it, but Lab Rats 2 is a classic management-style game that allows you to tweak your (procedurally-generated, for the most part) girls into whatever you want with whatever fetishes you want by engineering serums which you can either force them to take via company policy, slip them unknowingly, etc. Good if you don't mind a text-based experience driven mostly by the context and whatnot, poor if you prefer fleshed out characters, VN stuff, etc.
