Personally, I'd say works from [マキシマムスペック] are pretty good. RJ01279450 and RJ01126487 are also good recommendations.

秋野かえで (Akino Kaede) is the GOAT of ASMR semen burps, with 泉 御子柴 (Izumi Mikoshiba) being a close second. Soramame has some decent stuff too if you listen to her most recent and popular stuff.

If comics are what you're into try finding some translated stuff of Yuuki Fuumi, the GOAT. The group dragonstorm does some long great comics too. Gaikotsu no Spare Rib, and ganbari mascarpone (if translated) are also awesome. Tedain, and Shamidou Maichimonji don't have many comics but their art is great and so are the cum burps so I recommend them too.

'Childhood Friends with Benefits' by ORCSOFT has one cum burp. It's not an RPG but it is a very enjoyable visual novel with good sound design and voice acting.

Can also agree with the two previous posts as I've been through them both, they are both especially good. The ASMR one Especially if you like a size queen taking a massive pole and loads, also the game has multiple cumburp scenes. She's the throat goat.

Good recomendation, even for those not into cum burps. Attached is a save file with all the scenes and CG unlocked.

I went through all the scenes unlocked in the save and compiled a list of all the scenes with cum burps as they are titled in-game:
1. Tavern Work - Orc (Smegma warning for those who are less degenerate)
2. Big Surprises in Small Offerings - Lord Urien (Again, smegma. Also the lady is a fairy so BIG size difference)
3. Sephira's unexpecting meeting in the prison - Entire Scene - Dirty (You guessed it, smegma. Extra dirty descriptions this time)

My one critique would be that it's the same burp being used for each scene. Personally I would've liked to hear some variety.

The burp tag has been around for a while they're just lazy af about the tags. Make sure to translate the tack list on google or something because they can not even bother to look into it and add the fart tag on some of them. Which I too find gross.
