Any way to disable last seen?

I see some users that don't have the last seen flag when you hover over their avatar. I'm pretty certain there's a privacy setting somewhere I could change to disable it, but so far I've changed everything back and forth in my profile and nothing has worked. Is there a way to do it or am I just deluded?

From memory, Your Account --> Privacy --> untick show your online status and untick show your current activity.

They are unticked. Could you check if you can see my last activity? I'm assuming I can still see it when I hover over my avatar because I'm the owner. Otherwise I have no idea.

They're not there. Can't access your profile further since you've limited it from everyone.
