Any way to use Android to play VNs meant for PC

So I am wondering if there is any reliable enough way to play various type of VNs meant for PC on Android. Like, is there any tool that can do that?

IIRC some H VNs are on .bin and the like format. Or .exe, which can be problematic. I also know abt that one emulator that plays VNDS format, but I am not sure what H VNs have VNDS format. Cam anyone recommend any?
