Looking for any Female POV pregnancy games where the male doesn't just fuck off and have nothing to do with the MC. Preferably with and game over scene once it progresses enough.

Most of the games I know from FEMALE POV are either against monsters or things like that, so it's difficult. Mostly because it's the mc that doesn't want to have anything to do. The ones I know are wholesome are from a male mc pov. I strongly reccommend Summertime Saga. You have the option to visit all mommas to be, and ask them how they are and if they need help. I always do that, just to roleplay a little bit

Good Girl Gone Bad is as wholesome or corrupted as you want it to be. There are 2 endings (that I know of) where the heroine ends up pregnant. One is with her dad and other is with her boss. There are other wholesome endings included that may EVENTUALLY lead to children but those are the ones I know where they show it.
