Tool Anyone have access to Nvidia Texture Tools (especially the Photoshop plugin)?

I know it's supposed to be free but for the past hour or so, it has been giving me "Access Denied" and I need to be enrolled in the developer program which I "tried" to do multiple times but I don't even know where to apply for that. Subscribe to the newsletter or what now and still nada.

Would really appreciate anyone who can give it to me via MEGA/Zippyshare/GDrive. It's been driving me nuts. I just want to edit some .DDS files.

EDIT: I just ended up using an online DDS to TGA converter to be able to manipulate it in Photoshop. Also, DDS in Blender is notoriously buggy too, or so I've heard.
