I love many games made in these engines but honestly, I'm growing tired of the same stuff. Need some change in style, preferably games with interactive sex scenes .

, it's pretty rough in places and very (very) grindy. But for some reason I'm still sticking with it, could be because of the the money I gave Steam for it (or Kokori).

It is a RPG but not a RPGM game.
Can't completely argue as it's there in the thread title, but I would personally call it more of a simulation.
