Great idea! I have made a patreon but I'll only share it once the first chapter is out. Wanna focus on making a good game before thinking about monetizing it haha. It's a passion project of mine after all.
Also, I might be doing the opposite of what you wrote here. Based on the votes here, I decided to make he first chapter not to be so lengthy. But it I aim to make it satisfying to read, aiming to achieve 30 minutes of play-time if read in a savory manner.
I aim to make the second chapter much longer as I will have a solid first chapter and code to build it on.

Crap, honestly i would be careful with Patreon, 1 of the first post mentioned NTR feeling very vanilla these days, and that is mostly Patreon's fault since their ToS forbids a lot of stuff, basically anything fun; rape, noncon, dubcon, blackmail (basically anything non concensual is in danger), the age group would probably get the hounds after you eventually xD
I think subcribestar is safer, although since you don't plan on depending on it you may just leave for "donation" and not share links there, nor images? I think images can be shared, just not previews if they are porn? Maybe be better to not post anything and just have there for donations like i mentioned.
Ok with that out of the way, i have 1 sugestion since you have 1 than 1 girl, have 1 actively helping the principal.
It could be a girl already corrupted or 1 we see fall in the story, maybe a female teacher or someone else.
And a hot scene would be the principal messing around when the couple has a date, lots of ways this could be done, like forcing the girl to go with a specific outfit, to having a quicky with her during it (or just before so she arrives late), etc.
