I downloaded "Slave of Passion" (https://f95zone.to/threads/together-again-slave-of-passion-v1-0-3-pink-tea-games.59670/) for Android but it comes as a apk.jar file... What do I need to do to be able to play the game?

Install from the apk file:
It shouldn't be named .apk.jar though. Might work to install from it anyway, but if it doesn't, change the file ending to just .apk
