I figured the issue.
Archive called - Anna Belle
Folder inside called - Anna Bell
Actions.js in this folder linked to - Anna Bell
packs.js in the game-packs folder linked to - Anna Belle.
Thus it wont work out of the box. And we need to decide what to edit.
I've edited packs.js because she is Anna Bell.
Very late game, Father x Daughter (& permutations). It's also possible to enslave your male descendants and offer them women (related women for incest) or rape them yourself if your into M/M.
Sadly no incest flavoring in text... Your daughters respond like un-related women in text and sex scenes.

About Anna Bell pack:
Rename the name (Belle to Bell) in the folder and the packs.js file.
Only the zip file name is Anna Belle (my fault, sorry)

Actually its enough just to rename pack name in packs.js as unzipped folder is with correct name. (Already fixed for 0.34a)

How much guests/slaves you have? I think it was 10 from each.
Should probably decrease it and also add it in description.
If you could add your save file from that view, that also would help

yes it at least 10 male and female (when it triggered for me i had 10 male 10 female) and 10 trans cause they was asexual

To get it you need to progress Vincent story.
When you get it and need to repair, you need to find car parts (exploring) and fuel (also exploring) or in sanctuary shop (Dom route)
Have a save from 0.33, where I sold a ton of VIP Slaves and sanctuary appeared.
Now on 0.34a, gave Negan 4x >80 beauty blondes, got some fuel and nothing else. Am I doing something wrong or should I wait a few days?
