Seeking Ara Ara simulator 2019

There's a game out there on the internet called; "Ara Ara Simulator 2019", that I stumbled upon at random. The game's art looks pretty decent (although it does seem to be stolen from another game) but I have no idea how to play the game. Any one out there that's familiar with the game, or knows how to fuckin play it? Thanks.
