I looked through thousands of Japanese non vn games trying to add some to the list. It seems that most of them are rape games, prostitution, etc.. where female protagonist are either getting gang banged or monster rape. Here in the west most games are male protagonist centered but it seems to be the opposite in Japan? Or is the Japanese female mc more favored in the west thus getting translated? Included female mc in the search to find maybe some pure yuri content (even monster girl yuri) but they are almost non-existent.

As far as content consumption goes, both are favored.
But as far as content creation goes, there's definitely a lean towards male mc in the west.

Traditional gender roles are much more ingrained in Asian societies. Although the internet and globalization certainly brings in modern western perspectives for the younger generations, traditional thinking and cultural norms won't be so easily changed.
