You got the accident sex part correct and whilst that is not the only situation where that can occur, it can be hiding in a tight space and it slips in accidentally, it can be an overly humorous situation where you're doing something like riding a skate board, falling, your penis flops out and you Ram Jam it all the way to Sunday in a cheerleader wearing a skirt whilst being commando (wearing no panties)..etc. You can really have fun with the "accidental" situations.

Sometimes surprise and accidental can happen at the same time, but you were wrong about surprise sex.

Compared to accidental sex, surprise sex can mean that the protagonist knows that they will go ram it into someone, but the person who is getting rammed doesn't know anything about it. E.g. a horror porn game where the killer is stalking a dumb blonde, he makes her panic by making a noise, the blonde trips over a branch (like every horror movie), killer uses invisibility powers (which allow him to not be heard as well), he spawns behind the blonde and turns of invisibility, blonde isn't aware and then the killer sticks it in when the blonde realizes something's inside her, bang.

But these are just 2 examples, what do you think ?

I already played STS, my first proper adult game and probably one of the best ones in this genre.

Well it depends on the scenario again, is it rape if the female is down for it post-realization period for example ?

The first example, I gave you was technically an accident, it would be rape if either of the parties continues and the other disagrees. My second example (for surprise sex) was rape themed.

There are many scenarios that are border regions/grey areas as well, look I'm not gonna say I'm a clean guy and sometimes the r stuff gets me going when I get bored of vanilla stuff, but I mainly like these two genres for the reaction of the female, whether it be voluntary or involuntary.

Which is further exemplified by the scarcity of this stuff, so you know some more stuff that fits this bill or if I could pitch some ideas to some developer that would be accepting of these themes ?

EDIT : I would post you a link to some manga that fits the bill, but yeah I dunno if the ToS allows linking and/or linking of these themes, even voluntary stuff, I mean I'm pretty sure this site has a rape tag.

Let me explain one more time, note : we're talking about tags, not what would be considered as rape in real life and these are very basic examples :

Rape : sees woman > kidnaps/overpowers/drugs woman > waits for her to wake up or stars sex on the spot > woman is often aware that she's gonna be raped and can see the time of insertion, whilst looking with either a look of disgust or scared or both

Accidental penetration : doesn't have to see woman > you do your thing/they do their thing > something happens that frees your Johnny/something happens that frees her beaver > sudden, unexpected penetration > branching path : mutual enjoyment, rape or stopping it right there at that

If you knew the year, you could just check an internet archive, but nah it doesn't ring a bell for me, since there is a lot of hentai out there with dark haired girls with ponytails.

As for gameplay, depends if it's accidental or rape. Rape would be pretty easy since the main character would need to get it up, steal the target girl's panties beforehand (let's assume they know each other) and then just wait for the opportunity to get behind her, dunno maybe sit on a park bench before she does, he lifts her skirt and there ya go.

For accidents, that one is a bit harder, maybe based on choices where if you decide to wear heels (from female perspective), that raises the chances of falling onto a dick.
