Don't know if it fits but the pervert action games have that Japanese PS2 cutscenes type of graphics, especially like early 2000s one. Pervert Action Timelapse is the most recent one, feels straight out of the 2000s

That's a tough one as I don't think "PS2 graphics" had individually distinctive features like 3D models where you could literally count the polygons on them, the texture-warping on PS1 or things like making the skyline solid black to save on resources. You'd have to better define what exactly you want to see.
