There was an HTML/Real Sex gif game where you play as a ghost/poltergeist and you build your powers while corrupting the woman who lives in the house. It wasn't complete when I played it and is probably abandoned now but I remember it being fairly interesting. First you could mess with the lights, the tv remote, then you can start to manipulate the girl's mind and dreams.

I was thinking about creating a new game using the same idea actually.
