rule34hentai.net is quite active with SFM content but seems to stick to free releases, only tags by characters rather than content and hides "questionable" content (mainly "underage" and bestiality) requiring an account if you want to see that. Kinda looks like a paheal/booru clone.
Speaking of which the r34 booru looks even more like paheal but they also tag by content and don't seem to hide any of it. There's also sankakucomplex which functions similarly but focuses more on Japanese/anime-style works.
If you're looking for specific artists most of them seem to have a twitter or pixiv presence nowadays which you can often identify from the sources on the aforementioned sites.
Paid content sometimes ends up on pornhub (often with a generic title) and some artists attract enough attention on 420chan.
None of those is anywhere close to the community over here though, especially the booru boards are pretty much just content hosts with a few lewd or distasteful comments thrown in.
