Patreon bans real porn. The base game probably is just html and image packs are separated. Nonetheless, it's risky since patreon monitoring creators off-site activities.

Unless you actually own all of the rights to those real porn scenes I can't see how you would get away with it. Putting it up on a pirate site like F95 for free is one thing but trying to sell it as your own IP is an entirely different thing.
