Just slap pointy ears on a female and call it an Elf, kinda wrong. Unless you also throw in all the other mythos as well. But then you have what makes an Elf? Because every fantasy "universe" got different (and some times similar) takes on it. Like D&D, LOTR, WOW, Harry Potter, WHATEVER....

I'm more than fine with elves. I'd prefer if you'd give me some kind of immortality potion so the relationship doesn't end depressingly though.

You seem to be asking a lot of questions of this nature and making several polls.
If you're just wanting a majority opinion? Look at porn. There you go. That's what you get when you make content for as much mass appeal to the average adult content consumer as possible. Just make a bog standard porn.
Otherwise? I'd recommend focusing foremost focusing on what drives you. What's your vision, what do you smile about when you picture your perfect creation. Should you not take any feed back at all, whatsoever? Of course not. But think heavily about who you're trying to appeal to, maybe, how you're wanting to appeal to them, and exactly what line you're wanting to have when it comes to your own expression vs. going off of very general questions being fielded to a large, varied, scattered degree of users.
The opinions of people who'd never have any interest at all in what you're creating regardless of if you tailor to elf preferences, etc, are pretty pointless. Create your idea - then tweak if you do really want, and care, about that idea of appealing more to the individuals who are expressing interest in the idea you've already formed.
Or just copy porn. There's your answer.

The way I see it. If a female elf fucks a human, it's because she's a pervert or has peculiar tastes. It's like how some humans like to fuck monkeys or horses, but slightly less extreme... more like someone of normal height and a pygmy of the forest.

If the character is both generally attractive and well-written (to their taste), then it doesn't really matter what race / species / arrangement of pixels they are. That said, I have never heard anyone complain that an adult game had too many elves. Given that the difference is usually just the shape of their ears, as well as possibly their height, it's not a far stretch from what most people are already familiar with. Compare that with, for example, and orcish woman and you're dealing with green skin, sometimes tusks, and so on. So long as it fits with the narrative of the game, I don't think anyone would mind.
I'm not even sure what the context is, are you a dev taking feedback for some project or is this just curiosity?

Considering i'm a fan of monster girl dreams elves are no worries, if her ears a pointy it doesn't bother me at all, just make her a decent character, especially if elves don't fit naturally into the setting she needs to make sense as a character, why she finds the MC attractive, why would a gorgeous elf want to let an uncouth short life have his way with her, is he her bit of rough?. No matter which way you spin it so long as it makes sense it shouldn't bother 99% of people, elves are relatively vanilla as far as fantasy women go.
Definitely ok with it and given the difference in status between them I would like to see either a story of "corruption" where a "brutish" human (from the elves' perspective) wins over a hot elf, or even better, a depraved slutty elf that has a thing for this dirty, rude, degrading man. A touch of masochism here and self degradation would work well.

I didn't realize that human/ elf relationships were such a taboo topic. I mean, in fantasy universes there's obviously racism between the two, for whatever reason (elves see themselves as superior to humans; dark elves see themselves superior to everyone; humans thinking elves stuck-up, pointy-eared schmucks; everybody considering orcs ugly, etc.), but in real life? I've never met a single person who'd be against human/ elf relationships in fiction, unless they do LARP.
