This was just a frustrating experience. Could've been one of those great games that appeals to broad demos, but nope.

-Forced NTR (It's not just the vampire, other guys will be sexually involved with your LIs and you will have to watch. The game does not warn you when a quest contains forced NTR.)
-Terrible quest direction (Quests log will frequently have objectives that aren't what you're actually supposed to be doing, you will have to guess or search the forum)
-Game punishes you for choosing the sexy options. (Sexy scenes frequently compete with stat gains, so you either gain str or see tits.)
-Arousal system is just stupid. Again, punishing people for choosing the porn in a porn game. (You don't even get a scene where people react to you spurting semen like a water hose in public, you just magically appear in your room like nothing happened.)
-Time keeping is clunky. Dev would've been better off to look at how other sandbox VNs do it, because they do it so much better.
-They limit rollback for ... reasons?? Whatever the reason it is, it just comes across like the dev wants to waste more of your time.

It gets 2 stars because the models look good and it's writing isn't engrish.

This game is a visual treat with impressive renders and a well-crafted storyline that keeps you engaged from start to finish. The characters are thoughtfully designed, each with unique personalities that add depth to the narrative. The choices feel meaningful, letting you shape the story in exciting ways. I also expect to see more animations, not only images.

THIS IS THE BEST UNDERRATED GAME THERE IS! Milfs and Gilfs all over the place. Game play is worth it. So many options. Play one time good mode. play one time bad mode. interesting story as well. Sarah is the best. dont for get to work out the girls too.

I am quickly becoming a hater of sandbox VNs. Can't any Dev stop wasting my time? This is an absolute waste of a what would other wise be a crazy batshit premise of a story, with good variety of models, and fairly decent animations. Seriously, the building blocks are here. The Choices seem to matter. With the exception of the personality system the choices can lead to more content or less. The personality system seems completely broken and pointless though. That should go.

But the big problem is 100% the sandbox. There's even a cheat system available to add money to help mitigate the grind. And aside from giving you infinite money, they're practically worthless. Seriously, having to play this legit should be reserved as some form of psychological torture, because I couldn't imagine this without that handy tool. And the dev, doesn't completely leave the reader hanging. They give you a checklist ... but absolutely no direction of what to do first. Where to go to trigger a new event or even what needs to be done first before you can trigger the next scene.

When I started going through this I, no joke, stumbled into a sexual exorcism without even understanding why or how it happened. What did I do to cause this? Couldn't tell you. Don't get me wrong it was funny, but where did that come from? And the same goes for the Werewolf scene. I have not clue how I finally triggered the "walk with me" scene but it finally did ... two weeks after it was originally proposed. Then there's the Vampire encounters. I was complete lost on what events connect to another. I eventually gave up on the worthless checklist that give such helpful hints as "Go visit Amelia again." WHERE?! The club? I tried that. Nothing. What do I need to finish to get that to even trigger? Eventually, I just started clicking around the map at random until something triggered without ever understanding the sequences the caused it to happen in the first place. This is a terrible way to build an game. Could you imagine if GTA had you go get an ice cream before you're allowed to rob a bank but every mission is posted there taunting you until you do that one thing, but it's told to in a hint of "Go see Vincent?" That would drive anyone crazy. So please Dev, do everyone a favor and close off the list into sections. List them as steps that need accomplishing before anything further can trigger and give clear precise instructions. Who, what, where, when. If you can't answer those to your readers, you're just looking for false longevity with a process that's not worth experiencing for the story you've cooked up.

90% of the time sandboxes seem designed to waste the readers time instead of making it very clear to go to 1, 2, 3, 4. I know there's supposed to be an aspect of open world to them. But that's why devs in real open world games give random encounters that have no correlation with the actual story. So reward your readers for exploring, but don't punish the ones that just want to stick to the story. The way I experienced this VN was go to step 3 ... you triggered step 8 ... oops you forgot to triggered step 1 even though you have no clue what step 1 is. WHAT?! Dude, come on.

So give us a list, yes, but make everything else closed off until the first steps are followed in the story. Remove the grind. No one and I mean no one likes grind unless it's a FromSoftware title. This ain't it. Don't make scenarios even available until each step required is completed proceeding it. And again, be precise in who, what, where, when these need to be accomplished.

I "played" this for an entire afternoon and finally called it quits. I think from now on, if I even see the words sandbox for any VN ... I'm out. I won't even try them out anymore because I've come across so many of them that don't have any clue how these are supposed to work. Their just Ubisoft VNs. Open worlds for the sake of being open worlds. I just can't do it anymore.

Anyway, this was one of the worst experiences I've had, but it's not a 1. It gets a 2 out of respect for the batshit insane writing (it's pretty funny) and shear variety of models this dev chose to tackle. Those two reason alone give a 2/5, nearly a 2.5/5. If you enjoyed this, DO NOT let my opinion sway your opinion and keep in mind this was uploaded for free on F95. So show the dev some support. Write your own review, let them know what you like and what you don't like. And send them some monetary support when you can. But as always I wish this dev nothing but the best. I genuinely hope that they've found their audience and the support they need to keep this going. Cheers.

The good

• Astonishingly good renders
• Really creative and funny story with some dark elements
• Ok animations ( low framed loops are acceptable in my book. it is not 2 framed animations thankfully )
• Clothing. I am fan of lingerie, stockings. This game makes use of those heavily

The bad

• Didn't like the character development though. All of a sudden they may suck, fuck without a depth to it after a releationship threshold exceeds.
• Story does not connect. there is not a main one. Almost every character has indvidual stories that does not even relate to each other.
• Tiresome sandbox. Time forwarding ( just 1h in every areas other than the bedroom which adds another 12h ). Its pain to forward.

The Ugly

• Hints for the objectives sucks
• Low amount of sex scenes. Characters in this game are awesome. Use them more
• Its not finished
  

I like stories about supernatural things, especially vampires. There are many characters, and each one has their own story. As you progress with them, you get more options in the game.

Some choices can change what happens in the game. I already found one like that, and there might be more. The developer might add more choices in the future too.

This is a sandbox game, and I think it's one of the better ones. The renders are nice, and the animations are simple.

However, the energy system that darkens your screen over time if you get low on that and puts you instantly in the hospital once out is a bit annoying. The same goes for ejucating in your pants. The MC is like a surprise toy box, and at some point he just pops out and cums like crazy. This also happens way too often, sadly. One time he exploded like that when he saw an old hag's nipple, probably around 300 years old.

Overall, I liked it. Give it a shot.

Its good game with sexy characters especially vampire ones really good but sadly theres few bad things here like time management or so easy sex scenes like Mc fucks 7/24 without problem thats can be make game little bad but for me best character is sister especially after certain event she becomes really sexy and good character.

Area69 definitely leans more towards the Adult than the Novel side of AVN and the story’s a bit all over the place, but the girls all look unique, which is rare enough to deserve praise.

The only real complaint I have is that the arousal and energy meters that can interrupt scenes can get pretty annoying, but thankfully there’s a cheat mod for that.

Pro's it's got some sexy chicks, good FAP material. Many of the renders are unique, not just cut and pasted from 319 other games with the same look, and it goes in for some fun fets. Unfortunately the Con's tend to be the sandbox nature mixed with some grind elements topped off with a lack of quality of life features (AFAIK no gallery for example). All in all more positive than negative and worth a try but be prepared for a sandbox experience that's while not the worst around and is ok is also not the best around.

I really like this game. Where it shines for me is with the older characters. Too many games think older chars should look 18 and just have bigger boobs. I hate that. This game really does the older women great justice.
The gameplay is also good for a sandbox game as the in-game walkthrough cuts out so much trial and error. The actual plot is about average for this type of game but you can't really expect anything else.
My only disappointment is that the "Sacred Sex" plotline has come to an end as I like the characters involved. Hopefully, Victoria can get some much needed attention!!

Tried this one out since story did sound like it could have great potential, it has plenty of LIs but when you dont want to be with 75% of them and your still forced to be with all of them, game just becomes unplayable, it also feels alot more like a parody then anything else, but with all the tags it has thats funny enough not one of them.

Its clearly more a porn game or should say one big fuckfest game no more no less, so if you enjoy fucking anything from teens to fat ugly grannys with saggy tits this game will be for you, but it sure isent my taste.

Game does look great and it could have been perfect if you had a choice in who you want to fuck or not, then i would be all over this one.

It has a romance tag, so i guess you can do that with someone i dunno, in the first 30 mins of play i was already forced to be with a lifeguard, and a devil thing in a sex shop, none of which i wannted to be with and knew close to nothing about any of them so yeah romance went out the window right from the start, even MCs sister you just need to talk with a few times and get your ass kicked before shes ready to give you her virginity, which is then spoiled by a warewolf attack.....its like game and story is running with 200 mph which isent a good thing if you want some kind of relationship with any LIs.

It is a sandbox part which dosent feel to bad but there will for sure be a money grind and skill grind in this, some stuff makes no real sense, i went to school and got my ass kicked by some idiot so i thought ok i know i saw a boxing book i could buy which i then did, but my idiot MC just tells me he dosent need to read it right now.......i mean sure lets get out ass kicked some more why not...

I just had to stop playing this game or i would never be able to get another hard-on ever again, there is just way to much shit forced on you to watch so if you arent into everything just stay away.

Animations looks pretty good, just to bad i never saw one i wanted to see...

Music is ok but sound effects are more annoying then good.

TLDR: Seemed very promising at first, turned out to be meh. Not bad, just meh. The graphics are the only exceptional point, and even then a bunch of the MILF-ier character models have a bit less than average looks.

Longer review: The main problem is the personalities of the characters... there is next to no building up of romance during the grind to progress the characters' stories, which makes all the characters have pretty much a one-dimensional personality (which is just horniness, from every single one, nothing else), not even a shred of two-dimensional personality to any of 'em. (It's a porn game, so no one should be expecting any three-dimensional character personalities, so I'm not even factoring that into consideration.) They should really be working on making the attraction happen as a progression, rather than going from zero to a hundred at once. My best guess as to why this problem exists is because all the scenes are written to be viable no matter if it's happening the first time or the hundredth. This could easily be circumvented by just keeping the same scenes and simply having a single variable tracking whether the scene was viewed before, and if it was, then changing just the dialogue that is shown during the scene to reflect this progression in the relationship. This would be a quick way to add a whole ton of character personality progression into the game for each character. The only thing that would have to be done is writing a first-time-viewing-version dialogue for each of the scenes that has the horniness toned down, so that it makes the subsequent hornier dialogues (the dialogues currently in use) for every repeat viewing of the scene make some sense.

Last but not least, the MC's personality is far too cuck-adjacent for my liking (and the author also seems to have a fetish for wanting the MC to get beaten up by everything and everyone, and even when you try to avoid confrontation due to knowing that the MC is weak as noodles, he still unavoidably gets beaten up regardless lol), but this last thing is just a personal opinion, and I'm sure there are others who will find him to be just fine. Wish you all the best in keeping on making the game though. : )

Edit: After a couple more hours of playing, and fully finishing the current 0.79, I have decided to deduct another star, putting it at 2 instead of 3. The reason for this is that none of the choices matter in the slightest. It does not matter whether you were a vampire or a werewolf when doing the other questline, the outcomes and everything else is exactly the same. The only difference is you get a singular frame in each relevant scene telling you 'Oh nooo, I would LOVE to have changed the outcome, absolutely COULD have done so, definitely, trust me bro, but I just can't give away that I'm a vampire/werewolf to this person, even though they obviously know of their existence, just because I can't - for some reason I cannot explain'. This is why after fully finishing the game up to now, the current state of the game doesn't get more than 2/5 from me. I'd say it'd be more accurate to give it a 2.4/5, but I can't give partial points on this site, so I'm rounding to the closest one.

It's so uncomfortable that there's no gallery. Is there no mode?
Replay, which can be viewed as jerk off when the Arousal level is high, contains only events.
So if you want to see a routine sex scene, you have to play it yourself and watch it.
For example, in the case of Martha or Alicia, you have to take a bath in the bath room to see the sex scene.
You can't see a scene like this in Replay on jerk off.
The problem is that there are more than one or two scenes like this. It's so uncomfortable.
I sincerely hope that Gallery Mode will come out.

Excluding this, it's a really fun game.

I had a lot of fun playing with the girls. What I don't like is, that you have to wait for specific days and times and some of the events prevent you from getting there right on time. So you will have to wait another week, till you can continue.
Apart from that, it is a great game with good models, good scenes and some decisions. I hope it will finished somewhen, so I can close this huge amount of Quests, that are unfinished at the moment.

oh my lord i LOVE the mature characters!! Everyone makes the "MILFS" or "GILFS" look like they are 20 years old.. This is the best take on this content i have seen so far in these VNs.

Great game I enjoy the alley and the nightclub a lot also the women are amazing looking this is some of the finest art in games I've ever seen no joke... I couldn't believe how hot the mom or whatever she is , the milf the mc lives with

I have to really commend this one. There are alot of 'sandbox type' AVNs on here and this is one of the few that:

1. Easy and painfree to play through - nice, clean UI map and easy to nagivater the world, with clear quest guides
   1. And the level of dialogue is reasonable and not overbearing
2. No broken quests/bugs from my own playthrough

The crux of the story is a town where all of these goofy, weird, supernatural events are going on - ghosts, aliens, demons, etc. Most of the story or side quest routes essentially involve uncovering the mystery and unlocking lewd scenes with the ladies in the game. Some aren't finished, but there's alot of content here.

The models aren't the most appealing and seem quite grotesque from the intro, but it's not so bad when you start playing. The 'landlady' aka mother, the aunts are made extra grotesque and look samey, probably from recycling the same Daz model early in development.

The renders are solid, but sex animations aren't great. They're really choppy low frame animations so avoid this one if smooth animations are a requirement for you. It's not too freaky (tag-wise) with the sex scenes, given the supernatural stuff going on.

There are some stats like energy and money to manage but it's straightforward. Game should make it a bit clearer in tutorial section on how to get money and increase the stats.

I don't know what to say. This is the only game I started playing and deleted after 10 minutes or so because there were just too many hideous female persons. I have enjoyed many games where the characters don't look like supermodels. I really try to give every game a fair chance but I just could not bring myself to play this.
The opening pool scene was a mixed bag, then I saw the hooker in the alley and then the neighbour lady. That was just too much for me.
I can't say anything about the content, Really sorry, I am sure the dev put a lot of work into this game. But aesthetics are important to me and this one does zero in that area.

Woah! The sheer amount of stories and paranormal and fantastic characters make me wonder why the dev didn't name the town (the place where the game is based on) Roswell.

I like the game, There's plenty to do and achieve and girls to bone. And no you don't have to be limited to a single person and go around passing your genes like the true chad you are.

However, due to the sheer amount of content - I will recommend you to take a while longer and not speed through. Some of the storylines aren't finished yet and some leave you with wanting more.
