Its a beautiful game, interesting concept. I'd just want to know how much more detail is going to be put into the MC, it almost doesn't match the rest of the game's detail.
If you're referring to raw customization, there's just been a major body update across 0.14-A and 0.15-A and an update to equipment. Customization is a pretty key component of the game and something I feel I have to get right, so there's probably going to always be some small number of things that need doing. As far as current plans go, the remaining MC details are either small/low priority (tattoos, in-game face animation, hairstyles, stowed weapon offset based on worn clothing, ear offset based on hairstyle, hairstyle fixes or variants for hats and cowls, locked or multi slots for equips, etc.) or dependent on progress in other areas (appearance details for new races, visualize cum on body, cumflation, pregnancy). When we get more races there will probably be TFs for those races.

Dungeons, along with some other worldly systems are being prioritized right now and will be getting more updates soon. I'd like to add more dungeon variations and traps and things to do and interact with (including a shop). Im also trying to get to magic and crafting. Just gotta keep developing.

First time running into this project, decided to start by looking into its roots: Harahel. By far one of the oddest projects I've ever seen. I initially expected a game, went through the surprisingly intricate character creator for about half an hour, only to find that there was no game at the end. Despite that, I don't feel like my time was wasted; the character creator itself was a treat to go through and peruse the options of, and the lore and creativity on display was enough to pique my interest.

While I don't see Harahel translating 1:1 to any format of game other than possibly text-based (and even then, keeping track of all of those options would be a mind-boggling task), I can't say I'm not curious and, dare I say, a little hopeful to see how this project turns out. Also, always a treat to see developers interacting with others on this site, even for free games. Best of luck to you, dev.
A common misconception but Harahel isn't quite the root. It's a CYOA based on aspects of the Arkavite lore and setting + some other stuff, back when Arkavite planning/prototyping/dev was still mostly internal, and I was busy learning. I yoinked quite a lot from Arka to make Hara, hence all the overlap. Hara is CYOA not in the traditional sense, but in the reddit / 4ch sense. See here for more:

They're like glorified character creators people use to fuel daydreams and escapism, imaging the various "what if" scenarios of being transported to such a world with their choices. A great deal of fun for people comes from the discussion of builds, the types of goals they'd have, and in multiplayer settings, the abomination builds others created that you'll have to deal with. I get how it can be weird for anyone unfamiliar with the format. A friend of mine played Hara expecting a game and still gives me shit to this day lol.

As a fan of the format, I wanted Arkavite to feel like a CYOA that transitions into a real game. Harahel at least let me prototype the CYOA aspect and the character creator uses a lot of the same internal logic. I also got to gauge peoples interest in what aspects of the setting I yoinked from Arkavite... Anyhoo, I've since canonized Harahel and connected things to Arkavite. Arkavite shouldn't be seen as Harahel the game. Arkavite is Arkavite, but I do want to take a lot of the options which were new or currently exclusive to Harahel and make those a part of Arkavite. For the same reason you stated, rather than stuffing all the options into the character creator, in an actual game format like Arkavite, I think it makes more sense to have most of those options be attainable via gameplay. Curses or boons you can pick up as you explore the world and advance, or options which show up on a skill tree. There should eventually be more substance to the game itself than the character creator.

The cyoa bit in extras sure looks like the beginnings of mod support, is it? Will there be support for modifications outside of text scenes, like curses/blessings, equipment with modded-in graphical assets or possibly custom animations?

It also looks like it has the beginnings of the "ero trap dungeon" theme going, how far will it go? Any plans for erotic traps, cursed equipment, mimic clothing and such?
The CYOA stuff kinda is but I don't know how extensive modding support will end up being overall. I mentioned custom music earlier. I think custom item scripting might become possible at some point as well. No idea about custom animations or models at this time. The game needs more development.

Yes to erotic traps, living clothing and cursed equipment, however I haven't played Ero Trap Dungeon so I can't speak on how it will compare. (y)
